- Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Optimal Journal of Nursing Research and Innovation (OJNRI) the right of first publication. The published articles are simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the published work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the initial publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.
